Walter Lantz Foundation Gift
Directed the announcement of the $13 million gift from the Walter Lantz Foundation to LMU School of Film and Television and lead investment for a new facility for SFTV: turning the gift announcement into multi-dimensional storytelling moment, including press coverage in Deadline and creative stewardship videos. The announcement was made at the opening reception of “Woody Woodpecker and the Avant-Garde” exhibit at the LMU Laband Gallery, where we invited donors, media, industry, and alumni, and doubled as the kickoff of the new building campaign. Co-planned the event, produced a video featuring notable animation alumni, secured an exclusive announcement with industry trade Deadline followed by other media placements.
LMU School of Film & Television Brochure
Created an engaging brochure for SFTV Dean, development director, and school leadership to engage donors as we embarked upon a campaign for a new facility. Hired and managed external consultants including photographers, designers, freelance writer, and printers. Wrote content and copy edited feature stories. Scheduled interviews with alumni and students featured throughout the publication. Worked with development director to design corresponding inserts with building renderings and naming opportunities. The Howard B. Fitzpatrick Pavilion opened in 2021, was designed by SOM, and has cutting edge technology, a screenwriters village, and immersive media labs.
LMU SFTV Incubator Lab
Produced a stewardship video for LMU SFTV’s Incubator Lab. Co-curated with Film Independent, the Incubator Lab is a competitive post-graduate program that provides recent alums with the guidance and mentorship of industry professionals as they develop their first post-graduate projects, and bridges the gap between film school and the industry. Major funding for SFTV’s Incubator Lab is provided by The Elbridge and Debra Stuart Family Foundation.

Co-created brochure with the SOE Director of Development aimed at engaging and informing donors, key stakeholders, and partners. Role included content creation, managing photographer and writer, copy editing, and working with designers and printers to deliver final product. Click here to view the brochure
