UCR School of Education Web Redesign
Informed by our Google analytics, and incorporating feedback from stakeholder & prospective and current student surveys, redesigned the website resulting in a more user friendly experience. Implemented enhanced SEO practices to increase visibility of our academic programs. Deployed Google and Facebook pixels across the site to capture visitor data for marketing campaigns, and connected Request for Information form to Slate CRM with targeted messages aimed at prospective students and their journeys. Created engaging content spotlighting faculty research and student stories. Results: 30% increased traffic in one year, a decreased bounce rate (bounce rate is 34%, better than the 50% benchmark for higher education websites), and more time spent on pages by engaged visitors.







LMU Video Storytelling Series
Launched “Widen the Lens,” a video storytelling series where students and alumni from the School of Film and Television discuss what inspires them and how LMU helped launch their careers. Created social media versions that were used in campaigns including admissions emails via Slate, paid digital marketing, monthly newsletter, and on the website, increasing engagement with key audiences including prospective students.

Extensive experience producing a range of promotional videos including EPKs, student spotlights, and social media videos that drive engagement and connect with stakeholders.
We Are GSOE: Created a storytelling campaign for UC Riverside’s Graduate School of Education that included video, We Are GSOE brochure, and environment designs spotlighting faculty, students, and alum.

Created the viral series “Small Talk,” interviewing the guests who came to the LMU campus, about career advice. The series generated over 40K views across Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, raising awareness of LMU SFTV.
Produced graduate student spotlight video for LMU SFTV website, and created a social media version used in graduate marketing campaign. The campaign led to an increase graduate applications 50% from previous year.
Cal Poly Pomona Website Redesign
Led the redesign of CBA/SGSB website working with central StratComm and higher education agency 160over90. Convened website committee with stakeholders from all areas, created new content including student testimonials, alumni spotlights, new photography, videos capturing the student experience, and newsroom (launching Jan 2025). Optimized for user and lead generation.
